Open a folder in Finder. Take a photo on your phone and it lands there. Switch windows and the phone follows.

The first time you open it, macOS asks you to confirm: System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway.

Nothing leaves your computer. The phone talks to your Mac directly over your own wifi, with no account and no cloud.
